1. Domicile
- The applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and should possess a valid domicile certificate.
2. Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, AMIE (Section A&B), or a 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
